Missions Fund Report November 2026

Thanks to your giving, missionaries all over the world are continuing to be equipped with powerful Chick tracts that are changing lives! Meanwhile, here is a brief review of what has happened since the last printed Battle Cry.

Korea

10,000 Korean tracts have been shipped and delivered to a veteran missionary (name withheld), who will be distributing them in limited-access areas of Asia.

Philippines

The container project continues to progress slowly. As we receive the funds, we will continue to push forward in the project. These ministries are running very low on their supply of Chick tracts and need more for their ongoing street preaching and distribution. Many of the individuals who receive the tracts tell us that Chick tracts are crucial to their ministry. Let’s get them more!

India

A veteran missionary (name withheld) has received 2,000 Oriya Chick tracts out of the 10,000 printed. We are sending these tracts in increments of 1,000 because Indian customs officials have been making shipments difficult. So far, they are getting through.

Mexico

130,000 Spanish Chick tracts for Missionary Paul Buskager have been shipped and delivered to a church in Lemon Grove, where Bro. Buskager has picked them up and will use them in a big November Tijuana outreach. He writes, “50-70 people, from 8 different states, will be in the streets daily with preaching every night during our Tijuana outreach.”

United Kingdom

Missionary Kristina Kim received 22,400 Chick tracts for the street ministry in West Ewell. England is in desperate spiritual shape and needs to have the Gospel re-introduced!

Czech Republic

A veteran missionary (name withheld) has received 10,000 Czech tracts to distribute during his trip throughout the Czech Republic.

New Zealand

Missionary Paul Brinkman has just approved the Tongan tracts, and we will be printing 10,000 Tongan “This Was Your Life” for him to use with the large Tongan population in New Zealand.

Latvia

The 20,000 Latvian tracts for a veteran missionary (name withheld) have been paid for by a generous Chick donor. These tracts will be used during the missionary’s trip throughout Latvia.

Guatemala

Missionary Carlos Donate has used 990,000 of the original 1,000,000 Chick tracts sent to him in Mixco (the Guatemala City area) and only has 10,000 left. He needs another 10,000 Spanish “This Was Your Life” for his street preaching ministry and is wanting even more Chick tracts after that. These tracts have been shipped to Miami to be forwarded to Bro. Donate. See page 12 bottom for his prayer card and a photo of his street preaching activities.

Argentina

Missionary Lacy Wheeler has his Argentina container ready to go, and it is just waiting for Chick tracts. With so many missionary requests for over 6 million Chick tracts, we have printed the first 500,000 for him now and trust the Lord to provide so we can do another 500,000 for him next year for another container. We have all waited so long for Argentina to open, so we do not want to hold up the container. We will do what we can immediately and more tracts later. With all the changes in Argentina, this is a huge opportunity to share the Gospel, and with your help, we will get him these tracts. All the other literature he will be sending in the container is ready and waiting. Let’s get this done!

Netherlands

Missionary Erik Kreh, in Hilversum, received 34,000 tracts and writes, “Thank you for the tract shipment. We started the distribution of them today during our weekly Saturday evangelism in Amsterdam. People were very receptive, and we got out a good number of tracts within a short time. God is sure good. The Lord only knows how many souls will be saved through them.”

Costa Rica

Unity Outreach is holding their annual January outreaches and has received 10,000 Chick tracts for their ministry. The tracts are now being prepared for use.

Thailand

10,000 Burmese tracts were shipped to a veteran missionary who will witness to the many Burmese refugees who are fleeing their country. Their own military is bombing civilian villages, and these people escape with absolutely nothing. They are met by Christians who feed them, educate their children, and share the Gospel with them using Chick tracts.

Eastern Europe

Missionary Nico Verhoef has just returned from his trip to the Balkans, where he and a team of 15 men were street preaching and passing out Chick tracts. He writes, “We particularly would like to thank Chick Publications for the tracts in Slovenian, English, and Serbo-Croatian, of which we were able to pass out thousands. All together we saw during this tour over eight dozen souls saved!”

Panama

In May of this year, we sent 1,000,000 Chick tracts to Appalachian Bible and Tract Distribution to be placed in a container for Missionary Cristobal Yanez in Panama for the country’s “Month of the Bible” (September). We just received an update and pictures from their outreaches in schools across Panama during this time. They travel throughout Panama and visit schools in rural and indigenous areas distributing the Chick tracts you provided. Below are some pictures from their outreach during Panama’s “Month of the Bible.” Many children, and their parents, read these tracts.

Upcoming Missions Fund Needs

  • Philippines – The Philippine container is a huge project, and we need your help! We can only move as fast as the funds come in, and over 100 ministries need more Chick tracts. The door in the Philippines remains wide open for the Gospel and we want to take advantage of this opportunity. Let’s make this happen!
  • Mexico – Missionary Lacy Wheeler, who has a special burden to get good Bibles and tracts into people’s hands, is planning another container for his team in Mexico. He has requested 500,000 Spanish Chick tracts for this project. These missionaries are in desperate need of more tracts as they continue to build churches and conduct regular outreach.
  • Mauritius – Missionary James Herringson needs 10,000 French “Greatest Story Ever Told” for his Christmas season outreaches. With your help, we will meet this need. He reports that the tracts you have been providing are the main reason new visitors are coming to the church!
